Banksia Robur or Swamp Banksia is found all along the east coast of Australia from Illawarra in the south through to Gladstone in the north, and grows wild along the coast near Port Stephens where Jacky spent some of her younger years. This bold banksia can withstand fire, flood and sea with its incredible regenerative ability making it an iconic coastal species.

‘Robur Moment I’ has been created from a coastal inspired palette of woody hues contrasting with creamy sand tones. With a beachscape inspired palette ‘Robur Moment I’ will create continuity and calm when hung with other works from the Coastal Path collection such as ‘Coastal Banksia Form I’ and ‘Coastal Banksia Form II’.
