Serrata Still II

$170.00$830.00

Banksia serrata or saw banksia is an important food source for many Australian animals and birds including sugar gliders, pygmy possums, honeyeaters and yellow-tailed black cockatoos. In this petite artwork the foliage was lovingly collected by Jacky from the roadside in Port Stephens and placed in a simple glass vessel.

Created with a palette inspired by the coastal areas in which it’s found, ‘Serrata Still II’ works in harmony with other pieces from the Coastal Path collection including its sister pieces ‘Serrata Still I’ and ‘Serrata Moment I’.
